To make a section of text a headline, enclose it in [headline] tags, like this:

[headline]Example Headline[/headline]

To create a bulleted list, enclose it in [list] tags and mark each item with a [*] tag, like this:

[list]
[*] Item 1
[*] Item 2
[/list]

To produce this:

• Item 1
• Item 2

To add a hyperlink, enclose the text you want to link with [link=] tags, like this:

Check out [link=http://www.example.com/]this example link[/link].

Don't forget the "http://" at the beginning! The text above would look like this:

Check out this example link.

The above method also works with email addresses; simply use a tag like [link=xorph@xorph.com]the webmaster[/link].

Finally, to separate paragraphs, or put space between a headline and a paragraph, just insert a double line break, like this:

... said the department had no comment.
